The location of the hotel was great, and we loved the short walk to the station. the breakfast was delicious, and we felt it was definitely worth the money.
Our request for a non-smoking room was not fulfilled initially, and we were given a room that smelled strongly of tobacco. Although the staff helped us change rooms, the new one had no view due to the painted windows on the lower floor.

Right next to JR Tsuruga station which is very convenient and makes it easy to explore the city. The hotel's location is definitely one of its strong points. Furthermore, the staff were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and I particularly enjoyed the natural light that streamed in through the windows painted in white.
Everything was fine and there is nothing significant that I can suggest for improvement.

Our recent family stay just next to the train station was fantastic. the hotel staff was welcoming, and the lobby facilities were great, with free-use computers to plan our local sightseeing. the clean and efficient room had everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. Every morning, we enjoyed the included breakfast, and in the evenings, we especially loved the hot, satisfying ramen served in the lobby.

This hotel is a real gem! First of all, it's right next to the JR station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Despite being so close to the station, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The staff here are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with windows painted in a pleasant white color that adds a touch of brightness. Plus, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast, with a variety of options to choose from.
All was great, couldn't ask for more.

The hotel facilities were great; they had loan umbrellas and a wheelchair available, and even snow shovels to remove snow from the car, which was a lifesaver during my trip. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the staff was helpful in holding my bags during the day. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train station and with convenient stores and restaurants nearby.
Although the staff was helpful, their English was limited, making communication a bit difficult at times. the public bath was a bit underwhelming compared to other places I've stayed, and the hotel lacked a real standout feature.
